I've met puritanical arseholes who never forgive and think they're perfect among both sexes. I think it's more of an ego thing for the most part.

Granted you can say men are more violent statistically but does that have any relation to a lack of forgiveness? Granted it's bad but I doubt there's a direct line of correlation between the two.

Given the propensity for violence men but you're missing my point. Killing a lover who jilted you is the worst reaction in the circumstance that one doesn't forgive. With that said a lot of people would leave in that circumstance regardless of sex right? To me this wouldn't indicate that men are more inclined towards being unforgiving, it defines a response after a lack of forgiveness.
