I work around 60 hours a week and I train at a mma gym that is about 95%+ guys. I was doing CrossFit for a while and there were a lot more women in that program. But jiu jitsu and mma is really good for my mental health so it’s what I have time for. I no longer have time for CF.
Anyway I have been on and off dating apps for years. All three of my last long term GFs I met via dating apps. My job and environment are male dominated. The church I go to on Sundays has no available women in dating age range (26ish is the youngest I’ll go).
I want to meet a woman organically. I did meet a nice girl at my old CF gym but it turned out she was taken when I asked her out (she never told me that despite having at least 5 long conversations earlier). I also met a young but very cute Tom boy at mma gym. But she moved to another state. It’s just slim Pickens.
What are activities I can do once or twice a week to meet more women? Dating apps have gone from bad to worse and I’ve decided to quit all of them.

What does your typical work schedule look like? 4 15 hour shifts? 5 12 hour shifts? 6 10 hour shifts? How much time do you spend at the gym?
I’m worried that your schedule may be hindering you from going out more and meeting more people. There are plenty of places to meet girls like coffee shops, the library, the mall, etc., but I worry that by the time you get off work or a lot of them are closed.
I literally have to make it a part time job nowadays if I want to meet women. I got an older friend and he literally had to devote 10-20 hours a week doing social activities to meet women until he met his wife.
It’s one of the reasons I quit jiu jitsu years ago (I am a retired pro fighter). But that turned out to be a bad idea (I get bored/depressed and then I make bad choices).
Dating apps did work a while ago but it’s been a steep diminishing return. I don’t know what the hell to do.
To answer your question I work everyday from 6 to 10 hours. I don’t get paid by the hour but salary plus by the job.
Have you tried Meetup groups for activities like hiking, kayaking, etc? Or those activities through other organizations?
