So this happened to me yesterday. He got mad at his white superior (yep his boss) that we were talking and all smiles. Just being polite and professional after a successful session with a client. Mind you my manager heard our conversation because he was a part of the meeting. After the meeting ended he blew up dissing me and his superior (after he left) in front of coworkers, saying basically we are underperforming and his knowledge is far superior. I know it's jealousy but people who act like that makes me dislike them more. I find the whole situation uncalled for.
He is full of pride and believes no one can outshine him. But this meeting arrangement (my first time meeting his boss) really set him off. I have work next week and I want to hear your opinions on how to go forward.
