In need of help to determine if this is a more of a red flag than it's appearing to be at this moment, something just isn't feeling right with this?

So me and this girl, have been talking for quite some amount of time now, we both are single and like eachother a lot, and have tons of fun and it's been going really great the entire time up n till almost a week ago, usually we would poke fun at one another about our phones and who we were talking with, but then outta no where, she's starting to get outta hand with comments of me probably just leading her on and have multiple other girls that I'm apparently doing the same things with as I would with her, and I tried to reassure her that she was the only one who had my attention in that way, and that she had nothing to worry about, so she said okay fine I believe you then. So the next day after that, when she came back over to my place, fast forwarding Abit in the middle of the visit, we were talking and watching a movie, then next thing I know I got a message from my dad, so I reply back, and after doing so, she says she seen tinder and other dating apps on my phone screen and I told her that I'm not even on any dating apps, even tried to show her that I wasn't but she didn't acknowledge me trying to show her, so then I asked her if she was on dating apps and she said she's on tinder and that's it, so then jokingly I decided to say, "oh really, trying to find my replacement already" and then replied back with, " no I'm not even looking " but after that who entire seniro that occurred, she's been more secretive than normal and something is my stomach just doesn't feel right with this and I don't know what or how to handle it anymore, would love to hear back and get some insight on this. So I can already tell you right off the bat she seems to be projecting quite a bit I've learned from my parents is some people are like really creepy with stuff and if they start going off on you for no reason they're probably doing it themself would be wrong but personally I stopped talking to people like that
