Coversely, one of the drawbacks of aging and gaining lived experience is jadedness. “Seen it all, done it all.”
Does you still get that feeling of excitement? Do you ever get nervous?

I'm in my 30s and I do not value or care about romantic butterflies anymore. That was important to me when I was younger but now I just want a guy with who is kind and gentle and has a good sense of humour and appreciates me and is able to fulfill the basic requirements of living such as having a source of income, and able to maintain a clean property free of insects and germs, and is willing to share the house work and care for me when I'm sick.
I don't think it depends on age; it's more about the person :)
And the answer is yes, I'm sure of it :P
nervous, no...
eager, very much so... because my "dates" usually go for hours... so there's a lot to be looking forward, yes

Not as much since I've become so logical and pragmatic about it all. Intense butterflies usually signal high attraction and high toxicity.
I don’t think the giddiness, butterflies and nervousness will ever stop for me 😔 9 years in. But boyfriend always acts like a stone 😒
oh yeah. i hope that never stops
I definitely still get nervous and shy
