Maniplulate and think of the greeting. Use head nods when eyes meet and you feel you can't leave it ignored.
By so, you interacted and affirmed your relationship and maybe smiled too, but didn't ask for any details or present any.
So just a kool "good morning" and keep it moving?
Sure. Just make sure to incorporate friendly non-verbal communication / body language with it.
As a sudden change and lack of communication may backfire or cause confusion. So you are the same, just don't engage unless necessary. It may show as if you are asking for space, though you mean to give it. As long as it happens peacefully, who cares.
Kool, i definitely appreciate all of this your saying,... cause I do remember me trying to have a conversation with her at work and she looked so annoyed, im like aight I gotta backup. We see each other at work and off work, she might feel smothered
At some point, you can ask her and listen to her opinion about workplace overall, and she might just say why she acts like so and what is her perspective at work and off. Be neutral when asking and listening. Women will hide a lot, and need you to patiently and calmly listen. For example, her female colleauges could be bugging her about it.. so you can directly ask her what she thinks. She'd may be worried to speak her mind. Assure her she's okay and act as it is okay. You may be suprised what she didn't say. Even if it sounds silly or obvious to you. Planning with a woman is important to her. So know her opinion, and plan together.
She's at least vaguely responding now, through text and in person, cause before it was NO response at all,.. but its just basic convo... but the minute I ask what the issue was,... she gets annoyed and go silent again,.. maybe I shouldn't bring up the situation, and just go wit the flow for now?
I think this is beyond my knowledge. Could it be she's actually trying to hide something or just a response? Also are you asking a lot and she just responding, who talks more?
I think you need to read about why girls go silent when asked? Could it be she wants you to understand and grasp situation without her speaking or what.. I don't know. Read about all possible scenarios, and see where is yours. Hope this helps.
Just focus on work I suppose
