How do you bring up your past to someone you want to get serious with?

So long story short I've done bullshit in my past and by bullshit I mean not legal and I believe i should open up about it to someone I want to get serious with before things get serious just so there's no barrier in the relationship, I can't just be in the middle of a date and start blabbing about how I broke someone's nose for example, except these things are much worse than breaking a nose even tho I've done that too lol

Or is it something for not the first date? 🤔

I honestly don't think there's any natural way of doing so, so how would someone break the ice? Start fake crying like I regret it? 😂

Ooo how about if I finesse it with some flirt, tell them it was an adventure seeking for them ha, or I can say they are the gunpowder to my gun :3
