Whenever I see this guy I dislike, I feel nervous. My face turns red, and I become shaky as if I'm about to fall out.

Anxiety. Positive relationships of caring people who are right for us will make us feel positive feelings and emotions.

Even if you are still learning a thing or two about self acceptance, he would bring out the positive and some extra self acceptance from within you instead of making you shrivel inward of have moments to “die of embarrassment.”

Is it so difficult to tell for women? I'm so confused since it's so obvious to me if I find a woman attractive or not. This is one aspect of women I thoroughly don't understand since I can't understand how we could be confused about whether we're attracted to someone or not.

Oh sorry, by deeper I meant more like maybe there's a fantasy going on there like a crush. Not just, "He's handsome," but, "I want him." For example, I remember a girl in school that was so mean to everybody, including me, and I thought, "What a jerk! I hate her!" But I found her incredibly attractive and I still kind of wanted her. So I knew I was attracted to her even though I hated her.

I also had sexual fantasies of her like daydreams where she was so mean, but I managed to find a way to talk to her where she became nice, like I tamed her mean side. Then kiss and so forth. So I definitely knew I was attracted to her, even a lot, despite hating her.

Im also on meds for depression with is the cause for anxiety a lot of times. Is the anxiety irrational?

I used to have narcolepsy because I thought my computers would explode. Idk…

I get nervous very easily and I used to get bullied and harassed. I get anxiety when I argue with people or when I get upset. Now I’m being stalked.

Shit that’s tough. Most likely just a shy ahole. But document eveything and open police files. The more paper trails and video evidence the faster it’ll be over. All that could convince a judge of issuing restraining order and then let him get caught breaking it.
