people in general are strange, we more than often make decisions that make no sense to others for multiple reasons. life's not fare and maybe he was not the one. at the end of the day, it was his loss and you've still got a lot of time to look for the right one. don't be discouraged, everything happens for a reason. on the bright side, you get to enjoy the dating scene a little while longer.

Why do men do this?….. for the same reasons women do this, because they have better options.

We don’t live in same countries so never, but he told he was planning to visit my country. We called with audio calls and texted everyday.

That girl he is following now, also lives in another country, but they seem to have met, when he was on his trip, while he was texting me.

In person is pretty hard to overcome. Sorry to say but even if she's only around while on his trip, that's still "around" for that time period and is going to trump what essentially is a souped up penpal. You should reach out when his trip is over if you'd still like to communicate, but be aware that he almost assuredly slept with the other lady while they were there
