Is it unprofessional to ask physical therapist for his number?

Question

So today I had my first physical therapy session and I was in a room full with very handsome physical therapists,

but my physical therapist was the most handsome.

The main Therapist was a woman who asked me what I thought whether my physical therapist was handsome and I said yeah,

he’s handsome and he she said -

yeah he thinks you’re beautiful too and you would be a good couple.

- How old are you?
I said I’m 27

He said he’s 25 and she closed the door and kind of wanted to ship two of us together.

After we were done, with examination and joking around, he left and I called him because I wanted to ask him his number but another guy came out too, and I didn’t want to put him in awkward situation at work and just asked him where the elevator is.

I feel so disappointed I could not get his number lol.

He couldn’t get his eyes off me and he was very cute. I don’t know what happened to my shyness, but I felt very assertive and if the physical injury taught me anything, that is to enjoy life while I can,

Would be nice to go out on a date with him.
I am going there next week too… But not sure,

He told me he looks forward to seeing me next week. But I kind of ruined the first minutes

Now I feel shy to ask his number already.

Oh also, the doctor asked me if I have a boyfriend, I said I don’t.

Then she asked my handsome physical therapist and he said he us single too 🤣🤣🤣

He was shy though, and I don’t want to come off aggressive.

he's a therapist (DPT - 7years), he likes you, obviously he knows how to take care of people so he's gonna take care of you and your future baby's.

he spent all those years in school lonely, he's ready to settle down, you should consider yourself privilged and lucky he has chosen you as a prospective partner. ask for his social media and ask him for his phone # . the worst he can say is no. but now a days, *unless someone snitches* he ain't gonna get in trouble if he starts having a relationship on the down low with you. just be discreet with it until you are discharged as a patient. but make sure you get him before another gal does. when men have their eyes set on something, it is unbelivably hard to shake their focus on said goal. just like he did his 7 years to get where he is at, he's gonna be giddy and excited and will be waiting for you at the end of the line when you get discharged as a patient. from there you two lovebirds can start your romantic dating life together.

Yes, it would put him under pressure. He has to politely decline. Otherwise he could get into trouble if a rumor starts that he is harassing customers. And rumors are born faster than they die. Regardless of whether they are based on truth, envy or revenge. People can be really bad

YELL NO , and who possibly cares? Just be bold , get the number , but to answer the question from a USA perspective ( or Europe for that matter ) doesn't matter. Just get the number , it's just two people going out.
And you can clearly see the direction of the female doctor , just get his number , it's clear he wanted to give it to you.

It is unprofessional of him to do so as well, thus the quandry. But there is no problem with meeting a client for coffee/tea/cookies to discuss opportunites;-)

You might want to see if he is on social media and add him as a friend. (Assuming you are on the same social media.) That way you can see how he lives from his posts, and his lifestyle, etc. Then let it evolve from there.
