He comes in my workplace but doesn't bothered to say hi. What does it mean?

So dont know what to do or think about the situation. I had I guess what you can say a situationship with a coworker (now former). About two weeks later he got into a relationship. I transferred to a new location. Ever since I see him multiple times a week or day. But he won’t approach me or even say “hi”. But I see him come in all the time? What does it mean?

I just don’t understand why he even bother visiting if not gonna say “hi”

To me, it looks as if this guy is trying to aggravate you in a way or another.

You don't tell us how you separated. Was it in a friendly way or did you give him the boot? In the latter case, he might want to try to get a revenge on you by making those unsolicited visits in the hope that you get upset.

Simply ignore him because that is really a childish behavior. If he realizes that his visits do not have any effect on you, he will continue till he will eventually get fed up by your lack of reaction and give up.

Simply show him that you are more adult and mature than he is by ignoring him.

We had sex one time and he got into a relationship two weeks later. I didn’t tell him I was leaving. He stopped talking to me ever since even before that. I try to ignore him really all I can do.

He was already not talking to me and I was fed up and done with the mind games. I didn’t tell everyone I wanted to leave quietly as possible.

We was close before all of this happened. We would talk everyday in person and over text. I agree it is childish he was the one who basically pushed me away. He wasn’t talking to me or at least trying to. Got sick of hearing about the realionship.

I plan on getting another job cause I can’t stand them being together and the constant disrespect. In the meantime continue to ignore him.

Well if he's got a girlfriend, just respect it and get to know him as that person. If there is anything romantic for the two of you it will happen in its own way and will happen with respect for his relationship.

Yeah, I try to ignore him most of the time and not let it bother me. But I am thinking about applying for another job. As I just want to move on and want to be left alone. Reason why I transferred to another location in the first place. But I find it odd though because he’s in a relationship or at least supposed to be. There was a strange interaction where he visited me right after work late at night. That’s why I say it’s weird. Since then, I see him all the time now. I don’t approach him though.

Hmm, well you shouldn't let his behaviour become something that's bothering you (meaning, you should maybe set some boundaries between you or for yourself).

Is him being in these places reasonable, meaning is it just your emotionally smarting because you have feelings for him, and it's not really his fault, maybe he's just being friendly? or is it something more like he's going out of his way to be around you and its something he should be stopping (or at least acknowledging)?

I would say, if he's doing something deliberately then you should just speak to him on it and ask him to respect you and you can maybe even mention you don't find it respectful to his girlfriend either (if he doesn't immediately get it); Though be prepared for him to have some reasonable answer and realise its just your seeing him with the eye of the heart.

If it's just your smarting and seeing him around hurts, you need to go out more, date other guys, to find yourself again. If you keep moving away because you fall for someone you will be always running from something or someone. It is really hard, I sympathise, I myself "fell in love" once with someone (a long time ago) and it was really hard seeing her all the time (back then) with other people, chasing after other guys (so I can sympathise on that front), I wish I had been given the advice I'm giving you now then, because once I started going out a lot, meeting other people and on one ocassion, the tables being turned with a different girl, it got me to a much better place, I did remain "in love" with that girl for around 7 years though, but didn't see her outside of classes (and ironically just when I had completely moved on and found my own serious relationship, we ended up back in touch and she had started to second guess her first position of not wanting to date me, and was showing clear interest, but I had moved on, of which she seemed annoyed).

So my point is, if something is going to happen it will find its way in its own time. Right now you need to find yourself because your feelings sound too deeply into him. It doesn't mean it won't smart, but you will at least have enough to deal with it.

I told my friends from the very beginning that him constantly being around me and wanting to be is not fair for the girlfriend. It’s a sneaky move.

It can be very hard to tell; Some guys have difficulty speaking to any girl anyway, so not saying "hi" or something might just be general social nerves. Also the relative amounts of time spent with people is partly down to fate and chance. Sometimes it's not possible for us to see the people we would most like to the most often. Also, maybe he sees something but is just being also friendly.

Again, your best just relaxing (meaning just enjoy the stuff you enjoy and not overly worry.
