Alpha has serious discipline , that Joe average just doesn't have , dedication in multiple areas , training , financials , whatever it is he is chasing..

Look at a serious Alpha like Greg Norman , not many can pose nude and look incredible in their 70s , no matter how wealthy he was he kept driving , same occurred with LIVE golf , when it was said in the beginning there is no way he could have an impact , he did , and it pretty much all Started with 2 mill of his own money with Tom Crowe and Cobra , now imagine this man at 20 ? That believe , that drive.. The average sloppy Joe , his biggest decision is what crappy processed carb Pizza is he about to consume.

I would say the answer to this is a bit more complicated than your other alpha male questions, but I do think that alpha males have a better sense of direction so I do think they have more natural discipline than your average Joe. But discipline is also something that can be developed at any point in your life. Discipline is usually developed for people that are forced into the situation where they HAVE to take action with consistency. Once you develop those habits, you usually keep them. That's why when people go to the military, they develop that discipline.

But again, I would say that alpha males are definitely more naturally disciplined.

Yes they have. Though I don´t believe in the alpha/beta concept I acknowledge that there are social hierarchies.
