Guys above 35: is it scary for you if a girl you start dating says she wants children?

I'm not 35 just yet, but it honestly wouldn't scare me as long as they don't want kids right away. I'd want to make sure I'm having kids with the right girl and that we'd likely be together for the long run and not just break up or divorce soon after the kids.
