What are the chances that one of them gets friendzoned by a rather introverted girl (extroverted when drunk)?

A FEW more details might be helpful!
With any girls regardless I'd definitely say the one who spends the least amount of time with her will be friend zoned, because she will eventually grow closer to the person she's spending more time with, as that's the whole point when you want a relationship is to spend as much time as possible together to grow a conection.
Depends if she has any intention besides friendship for either of them. Like if the guy is around her often, who is he to her? Is he acting under the guise of friendship? Same goes for the one who isn’t around her often, is there a need for him to be? I feel like that matters more.
The guy more often around had let me know that he's in a friendship with benefits with a girl already, and on the other hand he told the new girl that he was searching for a relationship, which I found deceptive.
I for myself feel more secure around her than alone, not only because she has the same issues as me with a thin body shape and low blood pressure. Once she decided to keep an eye on me when I almost collapsed at the bar. I had to go out and get well again, and although it was too cold for her there, she stayed until other people arrived. Ever since I do have an eye on her college progress, giving her advice on what sources to use for exercises and learning. I do not interfere with her eating habits since this is a matter of her own choice. But if she'd struggle with enough food since she has rather low financial support, I'd be there for her, just like she was for me that one night.
