There are many factors that need to be considered before being able to give an answer.

I don't particularly care about the looks, physique, 6 pack and a few unimportant body parts below the belt.

What degree of paraplegy does this man have? Is is a full tetraplegic and needs 24/7 care or is he still able to have a minimum of independence, albeit in a wheelchair?

As long as his personality, intellect and character are not impacted by his medical condition, I would be willing to give it a try, mainly in view of the fact that intimate relationships are likely not going to be part of the relationship.

That is something I can live without.
