Boyfriend of 3 years teaching me a lesson, how do you feel about this?

My boyfriend I have been dating for over 3 years. He was suppose to meet up with me however I told him I was in that part of the month. He said okay and I asked him if he is still coming and he said yes. I called him throughout the day he didn't answer any of my calls so I texted him and asked if its because i can't have sex y u didn't come. Now he says he is going to teach me a lesson by not coming to see me because i shouldn't have asked that. I do remember hanging out only 2 times in that instance but just felt bad that he didn't pick up. Was I the one who is wrong? How would you feel about this?

It's weird for him to say he's going to teach you a lesson, but I'd be pretty annoyed if I was trying to hang out with a girlfriend and she replied that she was on her period, like that's the only reason why we would even see each other. Do you guys only see each other to have sex?

We dont go on any dates, he dosent call me if i dont call him. I just felt like se is the only thing we do together hence y i asked.

That, alone, is super unhealthy. A boyfriend-girlfriend relationship is pretty much defined by spending non-sexual time together. Otherwise it's like a friends with benefits or FB situation. I think you need to talk through this with him and if he tries to keep playing games like this, you should really think about moving on.
