Was seeing this dude, everything was going fine! We were communicating frequently, seeing each other often, planning upcoming dates, etc then he abruptly ended it and I’m still confused why or how?
do guys get freaked out if things are going well or moving too fast? I am still just so confused how it went from 100-0 in less than a day
literally was like night and day and the only conclusion I can come up with is maybe the relationship was going good? Or moving too fast and he was overthinking it and just decided to end things abruptly? He did tell me that he has anxiety and a tendency to overthink things sometimes. (I think he even had slight autism- he wanted to scope out a disc golf course that he had a tournament the next week so he knew where he was going and what the course looked like- he is a planner)
I don’t know. I’m just trying to get closure because I am hurting about it

Really sorry that happened. People seem to ghost all the time with no care for the other person's feelings.
I think sometimes guys do get freaked out about the possibility that a real relationship could happen. Maybe because they don't do it often. So it's a scary feeling when it does happen. Or it's even possible that he got into some other woman.
I completely understand your hurt and disappointment, and you want to make sense of it, but best thing to do is just see him for what he is: a coward, or a player. And do your best to let go. And if he comes back days or weeks later, don't give him your time. You don't deserve being yanked around like that.
