I've never actually dated a psycho, but I've had a couple that were interested, and I've had guy friends (more acquaintances than close friends) who dated psychos, and I'm pretty good at picking up on the signs, and I completely stay away from that.

Psycho women usually use sex to entice men and trap them in various ways, and as a man I can tell you that it isn't easy to turn that down - but I can also tell you that if you don't, getting away from that whole situation is a massive hassle.

A guy I worked with had a ONS with a psycho girl, and when he declined to be her boyfriend, she started calling the police on him. First, she said he was stalking her, but he was at work when this supposedly happened. Then, she said he stole her car, but there was no evidence that he had anything to do with her or her car (never heard if her car was even actually missing). Finally, he reported that he'd raped her. But the police weren't buying it, because her story didn't hold up, and it turns out he was the fourth person she'd made fake rape reports against. Of course, she wasn't charged for making false police reports or anything, but the guy was really worried for a while. At least the people at the job knew she was crazy, so his job wasn't at risk, but he was afraid he'd be hauled off to jail at any time. She eventually lost interest and moved on, but he was nervous and stressed for quite a while.

I have a lot going on in my brain so I try not to judge too harshly. I'm pretty sure I was involved with a guy who had some kind of psychosis going on and my last boyfriend had Adhd so I say bring on the crazy as long as they are doing something to treat it.

This is a medical topic. As of now, the illustrations, the question and the polls are in a  terrible state of confusion . The terms used are all  disjointed , unrelated, strictly, to psychosis, nor psychopathy. It's an  improbable mix  of different terms borrowed from different areas of information, some belong to psychiatry, some are  outdated , some are  even irrelevant . Defining any of these terms is necessary, psychiatry is a medical field, and mental health, from the perspective of non-professionals is already a maze difficult enough. I understand this platform is not exactly an academy, nor a clinic. But  this level of confusion hurts so badly a subject  that is already misused, misunderstood and defaced enough in our societies. If they had a legitimate psychiatric illness, then I would be supportive, and do my best to help them through it, get treatment, and whatever else needed to be done.

If they were psychotic in the sense that I came hame to find out they impaled the neighbor's cat with a spoon, covered themselves with butter, and were trying to microwave a boot, I would be more likely to have them committed.

She really was crazy. She used to abuse me and once she bit me so hard I still have the scar. I wanted her to see a shrink and she got so mad at me that she would not talk to me. She moved away and I never found out what happened to her.
