In their physical prime? For sure. In their social value prime? Rarely. That's because nearly all men start their adult lives with zero value and must build their worth from scratch, and that takes time. Social value-wise, men typically peak from mid-30s to 50 or so.

Most women don't value men in their physical peak (which doesn't necessarily mean ripped or super fit) if they have few resources and little in the way of status. For example, a doctor or lawyer may hit peak fitness at 25, but he's probably still poor and working 50 hours a week. 10 years later, when he's making $250,000 or more per year and only needs to work 35 hours a week, and can take 3-4 weeks off per year, most women will find him far more attractive.

You're kind of comparing apples to oranges really.

I mean, sure as I say, there's always a charm to youth. But youth is really wasted in the young.

Like I was a personal mess in my 20s. In my 30s, I'm just all around infinitely more confident, assured, know how to manage my energy, my mind is way clearer and more focused.

My health and fitness is much better than in my 20s.

Sure, my beard is greying a little, but my skin is still almost perfect, and I kind of like the fact that there's a little character in the slighty weathering. I feel like there is some rugged charm.

Energy is nothing if it is wasted.

We're all in our prime in our mid 20s. Unfortunately this world robs us of our best years and it's by design so we don't have the time to have as many children. And for those who do want them it forces people to form larger age gap relationships that are much more likely to end in divorce.

I agree. Men seem to be in their prime from 20-30 and women a bit later like 30-40. a lot of men seem to want to flip this but it's pretty easy to tell just by looks/signs of aging that men are in their prime earlier than women.

It depends on how you define "prime"

Physically, the guy I was 25 years ago could run circles around me now, but I've learned a lot over the last 25 years that mean I'd outsmart that version of myself any given day and twice on Sundays.

And there's things guys can do to regain some of the physical stuff in our 50s now that weren't available 20 years ago. Male HRT patches or injections can restore the T levels to mid 20s levels which can help recover muscle mass and healing speed. It can also help reverse metabolic syndrome - type 2 diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Note: Help reverse. Guys need to take lifestyle into consideration, not just dadbod issues!

Prime I think is like the peak. Like if your in your prime your as high as you can go and the rest is downhill so with guys maybe 30-35. Like when a male deer is in their prime they are the biggest and strongest they will be but die during the winter.

Turning 27 in a month and I do admit that im more in my prime now than I was at 22 or 23

By this metric my prime will stretch past 30 so I don’t think mens prime goes from 20 to 29 per say
More like 25 to 35-40

Men are in their physical prime in their early to mid-20s. When polled; however, women tend to rate men as more "attractive" older. This is likely because women typically want to date older men. I think that most research show's women find men most "attractive" in the early to mid 30s. Allegedly women on dating apps find men in their 50s the most attractive, but I think there's something screwy going on there.

I would extent it to at least 35-40 at least when it comes to physical prime. Thats were men seem to loose muscles based on gym (max rep/weight) statistics.

Physically men are in their prime in their 20s. Pro athletes are often over the hill once they hit their 30s. But as people get older they learn a thing or two and can compensate for the physical deficit that in inevitable.

I would depend on what you mean by "Prime". Physically it would be their late 20's, but Socially it would be from their mid 30's on, when they are settled in their careers, have the stupidity of their youth out of the way.
