If someone is abusive in a relationship are they abusive in all relationships?

Because there's a line between abusive and just verbally expressive.😆

An abusive person may be drawn to a certain type that allows them to be abusive. Likewise there are people (people pleasers for example) that find themselves in abusive relationships when they don't know and state thier boundaries.
