I’ve been a big girl all my life, never been at a healthy weight or anything like that. My parents said I’m just big bones and not everyone can be thin and just embrace who I am. I was 5’10 and 267lbs.
There parents of course they have to say that. I’ve been rejected a lot because most guys wanted the petite, average height woman. Some girls that are fit or slim that get attention or boyfriends. I know there’s a few guys that likes me but I didn’t like them and some were shorter than me or fat. The only guy that truly liked me according to my friends is our guy friend. He’s also a big guy and overweight too. He was like 6’0”. He always seems to ask me out more than the fit, or slimmer girls. I thought he would like them too. He always asked me to school dances, asks me to be his valentine (since 6th grade and I told him no several times) and has called me baby in high school once. I told him we’re not dating and stop calling me that.
My best friend told me I’m lucky to have a guy that actually notices me for me and not my size or disability. He is autistic like I am. My other friend said it makes better he knew hot girls wouldn’t go for him and probably prefers bigger girls.
My mom said in the past that maybe I should give him a chance. I’ve been obsessed over these jocks or good looking guys that won’t give me the time of day and I deserve a guy that notices me for me. Sometimes the less good guys are the best ones.
I lost some weight and I’m down to 220lbs. My guy friend is losing weight too. He is looking good but I’m not attracted to him. Why won’t guys I like give me a chance when I hit on them? I’ve only had one boyfriend in my life but he cheated on me with a skinny girl. Well thin girl. He said he wanted someone less weight and fit and I don’t care about my health.
