A lotta people talk about women being unable to have kids beyond a certain age. But the truth is, a woman can always have a baby before her child bearing years are over, if she truly wanted one. Women can have babies, men cannot. Single women do not need a husband or boyfriend to start families.

On the other hand, men cannot start families on their own. So the real winner are the women. Men need not only a girlfriend but commitment from a woman in order to start family. Whether or not this "commitment" will ever happen in his life, nobody knows.

But from what I have seen there are plenty of men in their 50s-60s who still dream and hope of having kids one day. But what are their chances of scoring a young woman of child bearing age by the time they hit their 50s-60s? very low.

Marriage is not necessary to have kids. Half of all marriages end in divorce. so what is the point of finding a husband to have kids?

Plus, plenty of mothers work full time jobs only to come home to continue doing 90% of the child care, housework and cleaning. There was a study done that proved that married mothers did more housework than single mothers.

Ladies, please do not think your life will always be better off with a husband. You might suffer just as much or even more. You might work 8-9 hrs a day, only to come home to continue working another 6-7 hours on child care and house work. Child care / housework is still primarily a woman's duty.

So the woman's biological clock ticking away thing is something you mostly hear from the RedPill community and all those guys who are trying to shit on older women, or at least the fact that a young woman gets older and reaches a point where her childbearing ability lessens - which is true. But they make this argument as a way of trying to say that younger, fertile women are more desirable because that's what they want.

It is true that women lose the ability to have children long before a man does, and a lot of young women do worry about not finding the "right" guy to make a family with before they lose that ability, or just get older period. Women are concerned about going through life single much more than men are, in spite of all the stuff you hear about the "lonely male" syndrome out there that the media uses to try to make it like men are sooooo unhappy and suffering without a partner. As long as a guy is getting sex, most men can go through life without a lover and a family, as sad as that might be.

Never heard of a 50 or 60 year-old guy still hoping to have kids though. That's new to me. They should give up by that point lol

It is only a disadvantage if the woman prioritizes a career and giving all of her best years to casual sex and travel and job and then waits until she is older and she is closer to 35-40 and her eggs are older and almost gone and the pregnancy can be more risky. Their time window of having kids when they've purposefully waited until 30-35-40 is a lot smaller.

Women who want families and who prioritize that from their teens on and who start having kids at 19-20-22 have no issues.

At one time most women had "jobs". They'd get married and have a family then around 30 or so when the kids were in school she'd get a job to have something to do or make some extra money. Family came first and then she'd have a job. She was home every night, wasn't working 50-70 hours, wasn't traveling, moving away to get extra training or degrees to "improve the career".

Now women put career first. The career is the top priority. They move away for graduate school because some far away school is the magic bullet for a better career. Career is first, she'll work crazy schedules, long hours, is away on business trips, kids/family come second.

The longer you put it off, the more that can happen to stop it from ever coming to fruition.

As far as men in their 50 and 60 having a hard time finding women who are young enough to have children. I will tell you that is not really a problem for most men. In my divorce I was primary custody for my child that is an adult now. I can tell you I had primary custody. Every weekend for 10 years I had to find a babysitter if I wanted to date. Since she wasn't around. That type of selfishness wasn't rare during the marriage. She is marrying the guy she ran off with and I am on a perfect relationship now. With a woman who is much younger than me and we could have more kids if we wanted. Bottom line is there is no formula for realtionships. All kinds of people in the world. No reason to accept bad behaviors from your partner. No reason to assume that as a woman you will have to take care of things that you don't want to. Relationships when they are good are the best things and when they aren't... They aren't. Avoiding them probably won't enhance your happiness. Single women need men to be mothers. Did you skip biology 101? Are are you just retarded? Men do not need a woman’s commitment to start a family. A woman needs to make sure a man reaches a satisfaction (sperm) to start a family. Woman’s satisfaction is useless because women cannot impregnate anyway and cannot have sperm. If a man is never satisfied, he will never cum and thus there will never be a family anyway. A man can just force his way in a woman because men are stronger than women. Adoption centers dont just hand out kids to just absolutely anyone. Criteria for adoption is very strict, only given to very qualified, financially stable couples with great reputations.
