Older people call me beautiful but I rarely ever get any attention from guys in public?

I am a nurse at nursing home. I have worked here for past month and I've had as many as 3 old people over there, who kept telling me I am gorgeous. They genuinely look impressed. Then 2 older ladies in my home building also call me beautiful. but I never get any guys checking me out, no guys approaching me. Not saying this has never happened. But its so rare. I go to parties and nobody approaches me. When I post up a picture, some people call me ugly, others call me average, a few call me gorgeous. I don't know what to think anymore.

Take the compliment as genuine. I have had similar comments, as an older woman in my office commented to her friend..." I'm looking at that "pretty man" over there" obviously, I am NOT pretty, but she saw me as attractive, and I get very nice comments and looks from other women in my office. Take those comments as genuine and be proud that others see you as very, very, pretty... Take the good and go with it.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Don't get so stressed about your appearance as real beauty is in the heart and shows itself by the way you treat and care for others.

Most people are average asf so it doesn't actually matter just put on a bit of makeup and be somewhat skinny and you can get any guy. Never trust your parents or old people they tell anyone they are beautiful lol.
