Id say if at first either of you were "playing games" to hook the other, don't do that again. If when he is warm, you responded by playing hard to get in return even if you really wanted to be nice and warm back, dont do that again. Return the warmth so that the two of you are mirroring reciprocal energy to eachother instead of opposing what he is putting out to you. If you act the exact opposite of what you really feel just for the sake of trying to hook him with emotional manipulation instead of true genuine feelings then your putting you both in opposing positions. How can he read what you feel if it's not genuine when you show it? That's a set up for disaster. Be genuine. If you feel it show it, just don't accidentally give the opposite impression each time then wonder why he went cold when the hard to get tactic is a cold behavior and outdated. If he's that player player type then by all means, give back what he's putting out but I'd say be you authentically so at least if he is going to fall for you and warm up to you, he's warming up to the real you and qualities that won't diminish one you caught your fish because they werent truly who you are. Even if he says he only likes certain things, most people don't really know what they want, they just know what they are used to getting and adjust and eventually think that's what they like. In my opinion. I think real feelings are a lot louder than empty or forced actions. Let him feel who you are if it's true, manipulations won't last forever.
