They changed the way I view (ed) spontaneous sex, and I understand why people do have sex on the spur of the moment, or on a first date, because the experience is filled with passion, emotion and, in most cases, intimacy  I have played some of those experiences , over and over, in my mind and can visualize them vividly, and, confess, they are the most incredible masturbation stimulus. I can't forget this one intimate & imperfect experience, yep. That's when the teen version of me told a girl: "I love you", she responded, visibly annoyed, with: "You can't say that". Disconcerting moment. That completely changed the way I see love, and the way I see girls. I lost one big chunk of innocence during this episode. It crashed on the pavement, I couldn't pick it up.

In turn, I became much more cautious with those 3 words, with how girls look at love, as a default setting. As I realized that not every girl can take these words the way I do. To me it was just normal to express affection, to her it wasn't, there were big stakes in her mind surrounding a simple "I love you".

I told my ex girlfriend how I felt about her after a few months. It took me a long time to do it. She did not really tell me that she liked me as more than a friend. I was discouraged and just backed off. A few days later we were walking across campus when I just put my arm around her shoulder.
