Go out, like young people have done since people started living indoors. If your parents are still controlling your movement, it's time for you to say "I'm an adult and don't need permission to go out."

I don't need their permission to go out. But going out is expensive. Also, by alone time, I really meant having sex with my date

Go find somewhere semi-secluded and get your freak on. Change rooms, bathrooms, parks, forests, allies, vehicles, hotels, apartment roofs, libraries, hallways, stairwells, cemeteries, elevators, trails, etc.

That's not my first choice unless he's got an SUV or something with some space in it but it's better than nothing. Pick a good spot that's a little out of the way. That way if things get a little cramped, you can open a door, stand outside the vehicle, and you can use the backseat as a bench.

Personally, when I was your age I tended to look for outdoor spaces. Or at the very least, somewhere with a bit more headroom. Some apartment buildings have a half floor at the top of staircases with fire access to the roof... those are good spots as well.
