Should you still break up with someone in person after only two dates or can you break it off through a text?

I am just curious cause I personally would hardly call that dating if you only went on 2 dates with someone. Should you still end it with them in person or would it be okay to break it off through a text?

It depends on how close you are to the other person and if it is an established relationship or not. I think a text is fine in this situation tho. It was two dates. If you don’t want to text a phone call works too.

After only two dates, you really don't even need to break up. There really isn't anything started yet. Just my opinion. Don't do anything except stop seeing her. If she asks, you can politely explain.

Me personally wouldn’t break up or stop dating someone over a text , I would at least call her and tell her that over the phone , be the respectful thing to do , A text message can leave question marks , but hearing someone’s voice usually gets’ straight to the point

It’s never ok to break up through text. With that said, it’s ok to break up with someone at any given time, but break up’s can usually happen in the beginning since that’s when you start getting to know someone and it’s completely fine to come to the conclusion that you’re not compatible. I’m assuming going on dates doesn't automatically make someone your partner since dates are usually meant to get to know someone.
