For sight: Big arms and pecs, but old school big, not modern big. Like, a little smaller than the rock during his wrestling days.

For first interaction: I'd say funny. Being funny goes a LONG ways

Okay, so let me explain it this way
Short term, every single thing matters. Long term, only you as a whole matter. If a person isn't scum, then you as a whole is what matters, not some single detail about you. However, thanks to the internet, we are all connected and have endless options. As such, we need ways to narrow the options down. This has resulted in people ignoring those that don't match certain single details. These details are 6 feet, 6 figures (if that detail is available), big muscles, nice smile, attractive face, dresses well, and on and on and on. There are endless little things that increase or decrease your chance that you get a chance. But if you get past a chance and actually connect with someone, then individual details don't matter.
