If you’re a traveling nurse then you need to be with someone who’s interested in dealing with that sort of schedule. If it’s not for him then there’s no point in you waiting for him to officiate things, just amicably go your separate ways. Sort of like being in an LDR, that sort of relationship isn’t made for everyone and it’s important to be mindful of that.
