Pretty sure it only matters if you live a lifestyle where fighting happens frequently like in a gang. It's not really about fisty cuffs it's more about when the shots crack accross the mall are you going to be able to react and guide her to safety.. When the car is coming up the sidewalk are you going to throw her over the fence before you climb over. When the waiter gets her order wrong are you going to correct him for her.
