Ladies, where does intelligence rank in a potential partner’s appeal?

Ladies on a scale of how attractive and how important where would you place intelligence in a potential partner?

I know a doctor who graduated from Yale, Stanford, and the University of Toronto, and he says a lot of men prefer normal intelligence ladies, because high status women are more dominant, and controlling. If men all wanted intelligent women, 40 year olds would be the most attractive dating age for 20 year old men.

For me, intelligence is a huge part of attraction, probably a 9 out of 10. A man can be physically attractive, but if I can't have a decent conversation with him or he has no curiosity about the world, I'll lose interest pretty quickly. I love a man who can challenge my thinking, teach me something new, and make me laugh without trying too hard. He doesn't have to know everything, but I appreciate someone who can admit when he's wrong and is willing to learn. Looks might catch my eye, but a good mind and a sensible personality are what really keep me interested. ❤️
