Whites obtain jobs that they aren't [fully] qualified for

I've seen it first hand, people that aren't qualified and are not competent enough to perform a job, especially ones at a higher level + with more responsibility, getting hired in spite of others that are well rounded and very qualified. Ex. I see a bunch of people in their early to mid 20's with jobs containing the title coordinator or a form of manager. Only once or twice have I seen the person actually being qualified enough for the job. One where I went for swimming was a complete moron, didn't return calls, didn't do what he was supposed to, then again the whole area was dysfunctional regarding the management. Another example is a guy I went to high school with. I graduated with him (me a year early), went to the same inner city school (wasn't that bad), top of our graduating class, same amount of college education( going for two separate majors neither relating to our job). I have more work experience since I starting working once and a while when i was 14. (It was promotional modeling). Him and I work at the same place and he's now coordinator for the before and after school program. Connections don't get you that far, trust me. At least not if you're a minority. Not only that but people are getting passed up for positions they rightfully deserve/ are qualified for in favor of friends and others.
