When we enter into a state of anxiety, our brain begins to warm our body to flee, if necessary. A good technique to calm yourself down is to imagine that your hands are hot, or try to warm them up. This will give your brain a message that everything is fine.
5. Get out of the office

Don't forget to come back! You only need a few minutes outside, see the sky, feel a little air.
