Should I feel embarrassed that I work in retail?

I know people who have stated their own business and are making way more money then me so sometimes I feel bad when I mention I work in retail.
I have been promoted to run the store sometimes but I still feel like at some point I should do more with my business degree.

You're establishing a work history in the meantime but absolutely. Set your sights on something else and work toward it while continuing leadership and management skills and customer service and whatnot.
