Should I go for a job I don't really want because I've been working the same job for almost 4 years?

I've been a Recruiting Coordinator for about 4 years now, which to some, is an entry level job. I get paid decently (60k per year). This new job at my workplace is more in line with a Recruiter, which would be a new set of skills for me. The problem is, I don't want to be a Recruiter at all and it only pays about $1000 more. Should I go for it?
