I've been a Recruiting Coordinator for about 4 years now, which to some, is an entry level job. I get paid decently (60k per year). This new job at my workplace is more in line with a Recruiter, which would be a new set of skills for me. The problem is, I don't want to be a Recruiter at all and it only pays about $1000 more. Should I go for it?

Then don't take the job and wait for something better to come along. Or, take the new job for now because a 1,000 dollar raise is no joke.0

If it’s not broken don’t fix it however if you are unhappy with your current salary go for it or ask for a raise.
