What life lessons have you, or did you, learn in college 🤔?

I learned that you have to speak well to live well, that you have to be humble to go high, that you have to be honest without being offensive or rude, that not all people are willing to acknowledge their wrongs, that you should not waste your time on those that do not value your heart, that you must seek God for yourself and not rely on others, that you must pray when you struggle, that it’s important to maintain appearances and that you should never look down on somebody else.
Fashion and power play are more important than studying itself
I quit college...
but college still got me something great, my first paid jobs and also some of my very best and close friends in this life, including my ex-girlfriend
and it also pushed me into a better path, which was starting my own business, so I guess the lesson could be... sometimes it doesn't matter how much you plan something, life is still going to happen to you... lol
You are on your own in this world.
Sure, people may help you but your success is based on the decisions you made, not others made for you.

I learned that it's important to stand up for what's right. One of the classes we had was taught by a professor who was always late for class, occasionally missing class altogether. A group of us were there to learn, most of us paying our own way, and being late and missing class didn't help us. So, we went to the dean and complained about it, and that professor was never late again.
That for the most part, colleges are full of spoiled brats.
Really? Know anyone fun? 😉
