Would this come off as confrontational on the job?

So🤦🏽‍♀️ like omg these bitches are so stupid.

Anyways , we document on a notepad (medical charting) and a communication log (which is just basic communication between us medical personnel).

Anyways , there is a lazy low education worker (Britney) who keeps NOT transcribing physicians orders and not communicating these new orders to us nurses. So this low education worker ignored the med order and did not give the med to a patient who is suffering form infection. She also takes the notepad charger home to where it affects us nurses from charting because the battery will run low on notepad if not charged.

So I wrote this in the communication log:

Patient day went well... in addition our notepad charger is unavailable Britney has it. our boss has reached out to her to bring it back. Battery life on 30% may gave to use paper chart until she brings charger. Patient on blank med now her initial dose was supposed to be x day but nurse on x day did not administer not document so I initiated initial dose along with transcription of MD order. Last dose date is no XDate.
