Any tips on how to survive and be succesfull in a job I really hate?

I'm new at my job, but it is not what I want to do with my live, feels awful being there. But I can't leave it, I need the money and the experience.

Pro's: you're gaining experience, earning (good?) money, and learning what things you don't like for future jobs

Con's: You feel deflated and unmotivated to do other things in your life.

Apply a rough number out of 10 to represent how big of a deal the pro's/con's are and if the cons are higher, stick with it as a means to an end, and vice versa.

But if want the rundown. Typically you out shine everyone, learn everything, and do things without being ask to do it. Think like a manager and act on it.
