How to get over being blindsided and let go at work?

I worked in an office for just over a year. I never really felt part of the team, until they hired a former instructor that taught me in university. I was so excited to have someone I knew, and we worked together so well. 2 months ago my boss pulls me in for a meeting saying I'm on my phone too much (which I've seen everyone on theirs, and I'm pretty sure the one co worker ratted me out when I was dealing with a family emergency). She also warned me there might not be enough work for me in the future and MAY need to reduce my hours. I was a bit upset no one else was talked to about their phone use and i felt somewhat attacked. Then 2 days ago, my boss calls me for a meeting, I was thinking it was about this file we were trying to figure out, and she tells me she realized when I was away (I had a medical emergency that left me off work for 2 weeks) That my position wasn't full time. At this point I figured this was the time she was going to request to cut my hours. Then I realized no she's letting me go. I felt so blindsided and shocked since there was no follow up meeting about these hour reduction she warned me about. It also hurt she hired 3 people after me, who didn't go through the specific program that I did, to be trained in the job... It also hurt worse that a former student was basically being replaced by an instructor. My instructor/friend is devastated, and is thinking of quitting now. No one really let us in, and we only had each other. She also caught 3 of them snickering about me the next day, and talking behind her back about her.

I'm just really hurt by this, and don't feel like I'm enough anymore :(
