What's your opinion of the list of gender neutral pronounces?

Pennsylvania department of education adds ne, ve, ez, ze/zie and xe to gender neutral pronounce so non binary students can feel comfortable being addressed by the proper pronoun.

Imagine a teacher trying to remember this ish to address a student. 😂
