Should foreign language education be started at a young age?

My brother is 3 years old and my father enrolled my brother in the pierre loti school because he cares a lot about the language and our education. In short, the pierre loti french school accepts students only at the age of 3. You have no chance to take the exam. In order to enter the school, you must either enter at the age of 3, or you must be a C1 level or a French citizen. The school does not teach according to the Turkish curriculum, but according to the French. you study at that school from the age of 3 to the age of 18-19. Now my brother is enrolled in this school and they have gradually started their French education. My father also asked if he should start an English course next year. do you think it would be heavy for a 4-year-old child? Doesn't it confuse languages? I went to an English course at the age of 5, I was fluent in c2 at the age of 13. I went to German high school in high school and had c1 german when I graduated. I am currently studying at a university in America, I also asked this question to the American version of this site. I am currently taking a French course in the United States, I am about to get to the b2 level. After I get b2-c1 level, I am thinking of enrolling in a Spanish course. Anyway, do you think the English course will be heavy for my brother? We live in turkey
