Do you think I should complain about this manger?

My work is horrible at the at moment we have 6 mangers leaving, the place is mess and everyone is getting stressed out.

There's this one manger that everyone hates lets just call him ginger cunt. Ginger cunt has no training what so ever in any of the departments yet thinks it's okay to tell people how to do there job, he lies constantly and only got the job because his dad took early retirement and passed the job on to him and he has openly admitted to only getting the job because of his dad.

His dad was a nasty piece of work from what I've heard. Ginger cunt has even recently been called out for lying to a woman at are work. He told her she could have as much time as she needed off to go hospital. Instead he took all her hoildays off her without telling her. Now she has no time to spend with her family and she doesn't know how much longer she's got lucky MacMillan and the union get involved and fixed it for her but he denied he ever told her she could have time off for hospital.

a lot of people have told him to his face but they don't like him and think he's a horrible person even the other mangers hate him.

He's apparently looking for a new job as he's finally aware of how hated he is.

I've been really ill today and I have a heart condition that is documented at my work and multiple managers are aware of it.

When I'm not very well sometimes my heart has to work really hard and it makes me really tired and faint.

One of the mangers told me if I ever feel like I'm gonna pass out to come to the office and find him and he will sort me out. Unfortunately he wasn't in the office and the only one who was, was ginger cunt.

He was horrible to me and made me feel even worse. Said how convenient it was but I'd been on my half an hour break and then I decided I felt faint. I told him I'd been trying to make myself feel better in that half hour. He wouldn't let me just sit down or relax either and just sent me home.

He asked for my number even though it's already on the system he kept telling me it was wrong when he just wasn't listening to me because my speech was slurred because I was about ready to pass out. Even other people in the office were stairing like wtf how can he be this much of a dick.

My friend was calling him right in front of him too and said he does nothing and thinks he better then everyone else
