Even in my country it's gotten worse.
I used to teach ESL and sometimes the students would talk about what they were doing in school and I was like "what the fuck are they teaching you? At your age I already knew this or that!"

A lot more kids have tutors now, from what I've seen of the people around me.

One example in particular makes me think the quality of the teachers is kind of the main reason. A lot teachers were hired because they needed bodies, not really because they have experience or knowledge in what they're teaching. So they don't really know how to teach.

Worse. Nothing simplified and evolved. Just the traditional classic information… with even MORE added to the curriculum like:

“Recent finds.”
“history changes/additives.”

and etc.

More is added and the time of grade school has not extended, so naturally, everything in grade school level, is crammed, as if it were college level.

These kids better know how to write flash cards, and do 30 death-burpees when they fly out that womb lol

We need practical efficiency- not to ever cram.

It's getting more "woke" and that's a real issue. Insisting students study inferior texts just because they were written by some minority author, rather than using the best material available is a big issue. And adding a lot of unnecessary subject matter, trying to indoctrinate kids at a young age is concerning. Take a look at tiktok for examples of teachers pushing this crap, it's all over there in the US.
