No. If you are a quality person, who have a personal high quality standards it is not, in fact it weeds out a lot of useless people when you get to such a level and you get to enjoy fruits of your labor. Let me elaborate my answer a bit, because I think it sounds a bit confusing. If you want to be in a major league and you are working hard, because you are really hungry to get to that position, yes it will be hard, but comparing to the rest of people who just wish to be there, without doing absolutely anything, for you it would be relatively speaking easy, I hope I made some sense.

yes, there are lots of jobs but they are all jobs that are either low paying, long hours, dangerous or illegal. I have a MS in Computer Science and over 20 years as an IT manager and it took me 18 months to find a new job.
