I’m feeling very unhappy in my new job. What should I do? (Page 2)

I feel like my colleagues seem miserable as they swear like truckers and rant out loud their problems. It’s a production office job and I feel like I don’t have that loud mouth personality to fit in there. The company has a high amount of people leaving both in the factory and offices. They are always talking badly about others and I feel like I’m too scared to talk to anyone and make connections. On Tuesday the director came up screaming and shouting at some lady and she stormed off him crying and he also chased her down the street from the office I could hear him shouting at her outside

  If I put my 2 week notice in I’m really gonna struggle. I have a temp job lined up enough money to pay bills until I find something else
