Parent calling me in my days off about her special needs child. Would you answer the phone?

I've worked my hours she's calling me about working extra on my days off not interested. I ignore her , she calls the next day asking I told her no not available lol.

If you need your free time you need your free time. If you’re not really doing anything I can see that you could go in, but normally you need your rest and to recuperate working early in the morning and being in charge of all those kids. Then you can help the child the next day. And I doubt that it’s an emergency.
