One thing I think some people do is think about the benefits of working hard and achieving their goals. It’s more effective than thinking about the bad things that might happen if you decide not to work hard. If you have a dream, motivating yourself becomes easier. It doesn’t have to be huge, it could be, spending time with your future kids in your beautiful home and buying them piano lessons etc…

I don’t lol. I just do it. Thankfully I have a supper easy job that allows me peace unlike ever before. 3 days off.

Exercise usually puts me in a good mood.

We all need a little motivation & today this was my motivation to go food shopping. Yesterday another G@G member posted a YouTube video of someone making a milkshake like this & I basically said the next time I go food shopping I’m going to have to pick up a few things & so I did today. Word to wise put a plate under your milkshake like I did, messy.

I don't rely on motivation.

You should probably watch and absorb a lot of videos on discipline.

Motivation is emotional. It comes and goes. NO ONE stays motivated everyday... forever.

That is why being disciplined... doing what you need to do whether you feel like it or not is more important.

Honestly, I masturbate before starting. Caffeine alone just isn't enough on Mobdays. It also works on other days that I feel lethargic in the morning too. I think there's just a lot of pressures in you on thise mornings and the release from cumming also helps release some of those pressures.

Party only on Saturday, relax on Sunday and get a good night's sleep. Makes Monday morning easy to get going.
