She’s racist, has caused health issues physically and mentally to others who were on my team, wrote me up 2 months into my role by putting me on a 7 months worth project to get done in 2 weeks, has humiliated me to my team, and honestly just so much more to me and others. I can’t find a place in me to forgive her for her actions.
Is it bad that I wouldn’t care if something happened to my boss? She’s a complete psycho and screws people over?

Omg girl your boss sounds terrible! I totally understand why you wouldn't care if she faced consequences for how awful she treats people. No one deserves to feel unsafe or stressed at work. It sucks cause there's not much you can do except look for a new job, which I'd totally start doing if I were you! In the meantime, don't lose any sleep over her - sounds like she's just a miserable person who gets off on making others feel small. Try your best to avoid giving her power over your emotions. Yeah once the new hires who’d been there for almost a year didn’t get a bonus, she made sure to convert them AFTER bonuses were handed out so they wouldn’t receive one. Then she bragged about it to everyone and about her husbands bonus.
Once she told me she’s cancelling the work lunch…and so I (was working at home at the time) and then tells me 5 minutes before it’s to start that it’s back on. And then was pissy af that I got there 20 minutes late! Bitch! I had to take an Uber here!
She’s SO dumb. I wish they’d fire her and promote me to her spot. I’d never do this terrible shit to anyone. Lmao

I talked to my vendor about her who originally connected me with this job in the first place and they told me tons of people have complained about her and that they know she’s difficult.
by the way she’s not even that smart. She’s so replaceable. There’s tons of amazing talent especially in the job market right now who could take her role.
