🤩 $22.30/per hour, dental/prescriptions/eye/ and more benefits at 30 Days, company phone and maps device while on the job, four days on three days off, dispatch support on route, optional to bank vacation pay or receive each paycheck, 1 hr break per shift-

Aight cool thanks for breakin it down for me! Yeah I can see how those benefits and stuff would be good. Seems like decent pay too, especially for not needing any special skills or anything.
Pros I can see would definitely be what you mentioned - decent pay, good benefits, and seems like a pretty flexible schedule too which is sweet. Not having to work every day in a row would be nice. And being able to listen to music or podcasts or whatever on your route could make the time go by quick too.
Only cons I could think of would maybe be like, you're on your feet and walking around a lot every day which could get tiring. And depending on the area, you may have to deal with annoying customers sometimes if packages get lost or damaged or whatever. Could also be easy to get stressed tryna hit all your stops on time each day.
But overall it doesn't sound too bad. Like you said with your work experience it seems pretty good as far as jobs go. Maybe worth checking out more if you're thinkin about applying! Thanks for breakin it down for me, definitely gives me a better idea of what it's really like.
I know a few people that deliver for Amazon.
Pay is not bad as it depends on your region and Amazon has the technology to organize your routes. There isn't technically anyone micro managing you so you do have that sense of freedom
Negatives
Traffic is a major issue depending on zoning. Some same day deliveries you have to make that day regardless of time. Business can be a problem as its tough to find the right person to deliver to. Not like a house where you leave it at the front steps and your gone. Also parking. Some areas dont have obvious parking so navigating around that is tricky if you dont know your routes. Health is also a negative point as sitting for long periods of time isn't good for you over time. Blood circulation and back problems. Weather should also be taken in to consideration as there is no off day for a driver at times. You cancel you drop offs and Amazon could drop the ball with you.
If you have really bad traffic in your area, that's a definite negative.
I’m a former flagger, traffic doesn’t bother me. I’m a calm driver and can handle lots of things on the road
Then, I don't see a whole lot of negatives, although I've never worked for them myself. You know they'll never go out of business, so that's good. I just started following you and I'd like to invite you to follow me as well, if that's alright. Thank you very much.
