Are blue-collar coworkers better than white-collar coworkers?

I've worked in an office and in human resource jobs, and I've worked in a warehouse and factory. My experience has been that blue-collar coworkers are better than white-collar coworkers. I remember in my white-collar jobs, there was an insane amount of gossip and backbiting, whereas with my blue-collar jobs, there was a lot of bonding over how hard the work was, which led to other topics.

I've honestly become less interested in white-collar work because of this. For me, coworkers are a big part of the reason I've experienced job dissatisfaction. My favorite job was in a warehouse. I quit for medical reasons.

What do you think? Do you think white-collar coworkers are better, worse, or about the same?

Well white collar jobs tend to be highly competitive and yes the co-workers can be a bit backstabby trying to get that promotion i can agree.

The drawback with blue collar work tends to be the work itself. expect back breaking labor for a full shift. I worked in an amazon warehouse and it was nuts! you had to really bust your ass there.

And you better hope they got good health plan benefits because its pretty common to hurt yourself doing the job and needing to see a doctor for it.
